dying

.

dying
done right
takes
time

.

dying
should not be missed
or started at the last minute

.

the secret
to dying
is being ready

.

spending time
before it sneaks up on you
and takes over

.

or suddenly
snaps you

.

in two

.                                .

spending                            time
is                                     is
spending time
knowing
and understanding
all there is about you
that will be lost
loving all
that
you
are
and
all
that
you
love

.

beyond knowing
and accepting

.

understanding not-being
is honest work

.

understanding
your own not-being
the not-being of those you love
is pierce-you-to-the-heart
honest work

.

taking it in
and living it

.

being as alive
and as aware
in each moment
as you possibly can be

.

and in those final moments
because you trained for it
and you’re
ready

.

the sooner you start
the better

.

the more honestly you work
to understand death
the lighter
here
there
and
everywhere
your
change
will
be

.
