oh how I miss those days Steve was still here and we marched and danced with our friends in the big Thomaston 4th of July parade carrying our Midcoast Peace and Justice banner Democracy Works If We Work For Democracy waving our peace flags and smiling at all the people packed deep on either side
oh how I miss those days Steve was still here and afterwards we all sat around close together on our old back deck and smoked Lisa’s peace pipe talked about everything under the sun and afterwards like children happily went into town for ice cream
