the gifts of life are in the present heaven and hell are here too
if you see or hear someone with loving kindness you will feel heaven in that now
if you help someone with loving kindness you will see and hear heaven in that now
when you love and are loved when you remember you love and are loved you will know heaven in that now
it’s simple we are here to love and help one another there are no strangers we are all one people
when we live and think close to such ideals we’re in heaven
everything that goes against that everything that’s not helping and not loving is not heaven
it’s that simple
discovery, learning art, music, dance and stories all good and even wonderful when we also love and help one another
in each moment you will feel heaven in that now
