ai says: a dense, all-over field of twelve-pointed star bursts fills the surface from edge to edge; each star is drawn in a warm lime-chartreuse, its radiating points sharp and geometric, overlapping at the tips with its neighbors to create a continuous interlocking lattice; at the center of each star, a vivid cerulean blue core pulses outward — the blue deepening at the heart before the lime takes over; thin cerulean lines trace the inner geometry of each burst, holding the star's structure together like fine lead in stained glass; the ground between the stars reads as the same cerulean, pushing the lime forms forward into relief; the overall effect is dense and energetic, the kind of pattern that vibrates slightly if you let your eyes go soft — a field of sustained, repeating momentum. artist says: a pattern study created on a Samsung tablet using Kaleider’s Android app and one of my digital art works created in ibisPaint as starting lines and colors; I said this about the Project Timer background and it’s worth saying again here. I start by drawing lines I like, lines that say something, and then I add colors I like. Then I add layers and colors at different transparencies to see what happens to the color. Then, sometimes I bring images into a tool like Kaleider to see what happens to those lines and colors when they become patterns. This one seemed special, perfect for what may become my favorite app.
