Note, version 2.0 of Meeting Notes includes both a public database for meeting notes that will be available for viewing by the public and, also, a private version of Meeting Notes with password protection for meeting notes created by users who add their email address and security selections to the database to make their records in the meeting notes database private.

* We promise to never sell or use app user’s email addresses for any other purpose than helping a user recover their security information for private meeting note records. *

Known issues are 1. failure to create header and footer text (when it is working, page 1’s header and footer will be blank and other pages will have appropriate header and footer text).; 2. If an image is uploaded, user must resize the image in their saved meeting document, as well as add appropriate headers and footers for the document. We will announce here when those issues are resolved.
