A dream about you

I had a dream about you last night at least I think it was about you or you in me because you were the one who bought and sold the house in my dream and changed my life completely once and then four more times

disturbances fit to be revisited and played out in my restless unguarded mind

I did not see you but you were there I felt your presence

in one part of the dream you had bought an odd caravan truck a travelling house with different rooms in it I marveled at a small room in the back then let you use my car because it was better for driving and more practical

in another part of the dream the one I woke up from you had rebought the house in Appleton but it was much fancier with more rooms for you to fuss over with porches and in back two wonderful little grass terraces bordered by low bushes and benches quiet places to relax and a beautiful hand push mower to keep them perfect

in the dream our big barn was much larger with people living in it including a woman and two children

I’ve dreamed about the barn before and people living in small hidden rooms there the Appleton barn is familiar to my dreams but this version of the house out there was brand new

as the dream progressed the house filled with people adults and children back from an outing filling the front circular driveway and spilling into the house

someone had driven a sedan through an open multi-windowed double door into our living room

people were everywhere I stopped a small boy from pounding his baby brother

when the baby came over to his brother to kiss him

the movie of them kissing

woke me up
